My name is Gabriella Mariani, I am an Italian Pastry Chef, recently relocated to California. After years of professional training and hands-on experience in Italy.

Baking Classes

At Sweet Gabry 54, we offer a variety of engaging and hands-on baking classes for all ages and occasions.

For kids, we organize creative and fun workshops where little chefs can learn to decorate cookies, cupcakes, and cake pops, while expressing their imagination through sweet creations.

For adults, our classes range from essential pastry foundations — such as shortcrust pastry, pastry cream, and sponge cake — to signature recipes like Tiramisù, homemade pizza, and Italian focaccia.

Looking for love and good food? We also host special baking nights for singles — fun and relaxed evenings where hearts searching for their soulmate connect while learning authentic Italian recipes together. Because shared passions can spark the sweetest connections.

Gabriella holds an MBA from Bocconi University in Milan and successfully managed her own real estate company for over two decades.
